Definition of the three Doshas (bio-physical forces): Vata, Pitta Kapha, their location and functions in the body.
Definition of Parkruti – body constitution
Identification of body types in opposite person (working in pairs)
Ayurvedic Baby Massage – introduction
Importance of oil in Ayurvedic Baby Massage
Important Marma Points in a baby massage
Practical demonstration of baby massage
Practice of Ayurvedic Baby Massage
Simple remedies of common infant ailments like colic and post natal care of babies

Opportunities
