The Ayurvedic healing system
Full sequence of traditional Ayurvedic abdominal massage
Important Marma points on the abdomen and sides of the abdomen and how they relate to different organs and systems of the body
How to work on these Marma points to alleviate various symptoms and help increase metabolism.
Adapting massage techniques and choosing Ayurvedic oils to suit an individual's constitution or Dosha
How to use these techniques to help loose weight through Ayurvedic principles.
