7 DAY COURSE CONTENT:
- History of Ayurveda
- 5 Element Theory - Macro & Micro Universe
- Body Tissues and Channels (Srotas)
- 3 Humours of the Body (Doshas) - Vata, Pitta & Kapha
- Constitution of the Body and its clinical diagnosis
- Diseases of the 3 Doshas - Vata, Pitta & Kapha
- Marma Points, their anatomy, location and symptoms
- Various treatment methods of Marmas including use of Aromatherapy Oils
- Marma massage and its contraindications
OPPORTUNITIES:
- Offer traditional Ayurvedic Massage to clients
-Develop your own clinics as well as treat and consult a wider range of clients
-Learn traditional Kalari Massage using the hands and feet
