- The Ayurvedic healing system
- Full sequence of traditional Ayurvedic abdominal massage
- Important Marma points on the abdomen and sides of the abdomen and how they relate to different organs and systems of the body
- How to work on these Marma points to alleviate various symptoms and help increase metabolism.
- Adapting massage techniques and choosing Ayurvedic oils to suit an individual's constitution or Dosha
- How to use these techniques to help loose weight through Ayurvedic principles.
