CONTENT:
- Introduction to principles of Ayurveda
- Explanation of the 3 Doshas or body types and their characteristics
- Introduction to basic principles of Yogaand its correlation to the 3 Doshas
- Determining ones Dosha type.
- Description of Yoga positions according to the Doshas they pacify.
- Description of breathing exercises to pacify each Dosha type.
- Explaination on how to tailor a yoga session based on individual's Dosha type.
