Preparation of Pinda Sveda boluses
Various types of Pinda Sveda e.g. Churna Pinda Sveda, Jambira Pinda Sveda etc
Explanation of various herbs and oils used in Pinda Sveda treatment
OPPORTUNITIES: Integrate these techniques into your existing style of massage, Indian Head Massage or beauty therapy program
Utilise these techniques on yourself
Can form an integral part of other anti-ageing and rejuvenation therapies
