Determining ones Dosha type
Important Marma points on the body that relate to Udvartana treatment
Importance of Udvartana in treating various ailments and as a detoxification therapy
Practical training in Udvartana treatment
Using Udvartana in anti cellulite and weight management treatmnents
Indications and contra indication of Udvartana therapy
Preparation of herbal combinations in Udvartana therapy and using them based on a person’s body constitution
Explanation of various herbs and oils used in Udvartana treatment
OPPORTUNITIES: Integrate these techniques into your existing style of massage, Indian Head Massage or beauty therapy program
Utilise these techniques on yourself
