Affiliate Terms and Conditions
By joining the Ayurveda Pura affiliate program, you signify your assent to this Terms and Conditions Agreement (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to the terms and conditions contained in this Terms of Use agreement, please do not join the Ayurveda Pura Affiliate program.
This Agreement is between Ayurveda Pura Ltd, London ("Ayurveda Pura") and the owner of the website that has completed the affiliate application (the "Affiliate Partner").
Section 1
Based on this Agreement Ayurveda Pura gives the Affiliate Partner the right to host on its website a link or graphic banner provided by Ayurveda Pura. No other links or graphic banners may be used without the prior written consent of Ayurveda Pura.
Section 2
The Affiliate Partner may implement the same affiliate links or banners on several websites under its ownership by making separate affiliate applications for each site. In the event that the Affiliate Partner places Ayurveda Pura on text links or banners on any additional website the Affiliate Partner must inform Ayurveda Pura.
Section 3
Ayurveda Pura does not permit the promotion of our products within downloadable software. This includes, but not limited to Browser Help Operators (BHOs), Search Bar Tools, Shopping Enhancers, Top Moxies, etc... Any affiliate that is discovered to be promoting our products in any type of software will have all sales reversed and their account terminated.
In order to maintain our integrity and recognisable brand name in the marketplace, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Mislead others
- Operate or utilise a web site or email link to web sites that contain or promote any of these types of content: libelous, defamatory, obscene, abusive, violent, bigoted, hate-oriented, illegal, cracking or hacking, or that offer any illegal good or service, or link to a web site(s) that do so and/or
- Engage in spamming, indiscriminate advertising or unsolicited commercial email
- Engage in cybersquatting or typosquatting.
Section 4
Ayurveda Pura will pay to you 5 (five) Great Britain pounds (GBP) upon a successful incorporation (both from visual and technical perspective ) of the Ayurveda Pura text link or banner on your approved website. The payment will be made by way of a bonus in addition to, and along with, the first payment of commission. In order for such payment to become due and payable, the Affiliate Partner must send a notice to Ayurveda Pura informing Ayurveda Pura of the successful incorporation of the text link or banner and Ayurveda Pura being satisfied (in its sole discretion) that such incorporation has been carried out successfully (from a visual and technical perspective).
In addition, Ayurveda Pura approves a commission for the Affiliate Partner according to the achieved total sales of Ayurveda Pura products and services. A percentage of the commission is determined by the achieved total sales in a single accounting month. An "accounting month" for these purposes begins with the first date in the month in which the partner has completed the application and ends on the last day in that month. The next accounting month starts at the beginning of the next month and ends on the last day in that month.
The percentage of the affiliate commission in relation to the yearly turnover is as follows:
