Our team of qualified Ayurvedic practitioners, led by Dr. Deepa Apté are on hand to give you a detailed analysis of your body constitution.Only through a precise diagnosis of your body constitution can you truly benefit from Ayurveda. If you are suffering from a particular ailment, the Personal Consultation Service will be particularly helpful to you.

Our Personal Consultancy Service consists of the following:

1. Completion of our Personal Consultation Form: it is sent as an attachment to you via email it consists of 45 multiple-choice (tick the box) questions and 5 questions where you can freely describe any problems that you might have it can be completed electronically (it is an interactive .pdf document) or printed and completed by hand once completed you can either return the Personal Consultation Form to us by email or by post (full instructions are included on the Personal Consultation Form)

2. Analysis of your completed Personal Consultation Form by an Ayurvedic practitioner via email to establish a time convenient for both you and to talk and the therapist will call you at the agreed time for a 10 minute consultation. During the call, the therapist will discuss the findings of her analysis and if necessary, ask further questions to be able to give you a more precise diagnosis. The call will be followed by an email providing a written diagnosis of your body type written nutritional advice tailored to your body type any other related advice that she might like to give you.
