How to UseFor preparing a decoction, take 30 grams of Dashmool Mix in 480 grams water and boil to reduce it to 60 ml Dashamoola liquid. Strain the liquid and take it 30ml twice a day; 30 minutes before breakfast and 30 minutes before dinner. Dashamoola can also be taken as Niruha Basti.
