Ayurvedic Summer Skin Rescue

Ayurvedic Summer Skin Rescue

Summer across the UK and EU brings sunshine and long evenings—but also tougher conditions for delicate skin. UV exposure, heat, and environmental stress can lead to dryness, inflammation, and uneven tone. Ayurveda offers a gentle yet powerful antidote: nourishing, herb-infused oils.

At Ayurveda Pura, we celebrate this wisdom with our specially curated July offering: Ayurvedic Skin Recovery Oils. These botanically rich blends support healing, calm irritation, and restore skin’s natural glow.

Why Ayurvedic Oils Work

Abhyanga, or Ayurvedic oil massage, is a ritual of self-care that soothes inflammation, replenishes moisture, and stimulates blood flow. Our signature formulas combine time-honoured herbs with pure, cold-pressed oils—designed to nurture your skin after summer exposure.

DIY Tip: Prepare Manjistha Oil

  1. Mix 1 tbsp Manjistha powder with 3–4 tbsp cold-pressed sesame oil.
  2. Warm gently (double boiler or a few seconds in the microwave), until pleasantly warm.
  3. Stir thoroughly—it will turn a warming rose hue.
  4. Massage onto clean skin after a lukewarm shower; leave for 30 min or overnight, then rinse off.

This ritual blends detoxifying activity and deep nourishment for renewed radiance.

Holistic Care, Inside and Out

  • Jatyadee Oil provides soothing relief from irritation and sensitivity.
  • Manjistha, in powder, capsules, or oil, supports detoxification and even skin tone.
